Dr. Bryant believes that each person and injury is different and therefore uses a combination of individualized functional movements, corrective exercise, modalities and manual therapy to address each patient’s deficits and help them to reach their full potential. Dr. Bryant is level one SFMA certified and utilizes the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) as well as a variety of other treatment and manual techniques throughout his treatment and believes that we not only need to stop pain, but also provide patients with the tools to live without pain after physical therapy as well.

When he is not working Dr. Bryant is an avid triathlete and runner and also enjoys the beach, surfing and watching sports. Dr. Bryant also serves as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University’s School of Health and Medical Sciences where he is the instructor for Graduate level human functional anatomy.

"On the evening of April 18, 2016, while walking my dog, a cat ran in front of us, I smashed into a mailbox and wound up with a very painful dislocated elbow.  My dog stayed with me while I managed to phone my husband....We rushed to Centre State, where upon Dr. Nakashian was able to set the elbow back in.  I had a cast on for 2 weeks, then a brace and began my physical therapy with Bryant, and his team of Gregg, Samantha, Dana, and Leo.  They all made every effort to help me get back to myself and my active lifestyle.  They all work great together; that's very comforting when you're going physical therapy instructions.

I found everyone at Spine and Wellness in Freehold to be professional, friendly, and concerned, while the atmosphere is upbeat.  I may be done with physical therapy, but Bryant gave me home instructions to continue strengthening my muscles.  He's very sensitive to a patients needs, and he treated my injury to the point where I feel comfortable doing daily chores, driving, biking and all the normal, day-to-day stuff.  I'm back to myself.  I would definitely recommend  Bryant Acquaro of Freehold Spine and Wellness, working together with Gregg, Samantha, Dana and Leo."
